Training Schedule

The table below is an example of a typical training week for our Junior Triathlon Squad. Currently, our juniors are on winter break during July to September and will resume training in October 2018. The Junior Triathlon Squad training schedule for the 2018/2019 Tri Season is available on our Training Schedule page.

Monday 4:45pm-6:30pm Swim Skills and fitness
Tuesday 4:45pm-6:30pm Bike / Run Brick session
Wednesday 4:45pm-6:30pm Swim / Bike Brick session
Thursday 4:45pm-6:30pm Run Track session or longer easy run
Friday Rest Day
Saturday 6:00am-8:30am Swim / Bike / Run Super Fun Saturdays :-)
Sunday Rest Day (or Event Day)

If you have youngsters who are keen to join our Junior Triathlon Squad, please register your expression of interest to make sure they get a spot.

 

Training Fees

Training fees are payable to reception at the Clem Jones Centre on the 1st of the month.

  • Junior Tri Squad
  • $100 / month
  • Access to all Junior Sessions
  • Access to Clem Jones Centre Pool
 

Membership

To join the Junior Triathlon Squad, you will need to complete an online application together with payment to Triathlon Queensland:

  1. Carina Leagues Triathlon Club Membership

  2. Have one parent join as an Associate Member of the Carina Leagues Triathlon Club (via Triathlon Queensland)

To become an Associate Member of our club, you will need to complete an online application together with payment to Triathlon Queensland of the club fee:

  1. Carina Leagues Triathlon Club Membership

  2. Join as a member of the Carina Leagues Club

  3. Complete a Voluntary Child Safety Blue Card Application Form (if due for renewal) and return to info@carinaleaguestriathlonclub.com.

Club membership and Triathlon Queensland membership are paid through the Triathlon Queensland website.
