Adult Triathlon Training

The table below is the typical weekly training schedule for our Adult Triathlon Squad.

Monday 5:30am-6:45am Swim Stroke correction, drills, strength and endurance
Tuesday 5:30am-6:45am Bike + Run Brick session - on road or wind trainers
Wednesday 5:30am-6:45am Gym Activation and strength-training exercises
Thursday 5:30am-6:45am Run Intervals, hills
Friday 5:30am-6:45am Swim Speed work
Saturday 5:30am-8:30am Bike + Run Brick session
Sunday Optional Bike / Run Long ride or run. Non-coached session.
 

Junior Triathlon Training

Monthly Training Schedule for Junior Triathletes

The monthly training schedule for our Junior Triathlon Squad will be made available here prior to the beginning of each new training month.

Note: Please make sure your child brings along the necessary equipment and gear to their training session.

Swim swimmers, goggles, swim cap, towel
Bike shorts, shirt, bike, helmet, bike shoes
Run shorts, shirt, running shoes
Essentials water, hat, towel, sunscreen, snacks

Monday 4:45pm-6:30pm Swim Skills and fitness
Tuesday 4:45pm-6:30pm Bike / Run Brick session
Wednesday 4:45pm-6:30pm Swim / Bike Brick session
Thursday 4:45pm-6:30pm Run Track session or longer easy run
Friday Rest Day
Saturday 6:00am-8:30am Swim / Bike / Run Super Fun Saturdays :-)
Sunday Rest Day (or Event Day)
