Adult Triathlon Squad

The table below is the typical weekly training schedule for our Adult Triathlon Squad.

Monday 5:30am-6:45am Swim Stroke correction, drills, strength and endurance
Tuesday 5:30am-6:45am Bike + Run Brick session - on road or wind trainers
Wednesday 5:30am-6:45am Gym Activation and strength-training exercises
Thursday 5:30am-6:45am Run Intervals, hills
Friday 5:30am-6:45am Swim Speed work
Saturday 5:30am-8:30am Bike + Run Brick session
Sunday Optional Bike / Run Long ride or run. Non-coached session.
 

Junior Triathlon Squad

The table below is the typical weekly training schedule for our Junior Triathlon Squad. Our juniors are currently on winter break. The official training calendar for our Junior Triathlon Squad will be made available once training resumes in September. Stay tuned!

Monday 4:15pm-6:15pm Bike / Run Skills and Transitions on netball courts
Tuesday 4:15pm-6:15pm Run / Swim Run is either track or longer easy run with Coach
Wednesday 4:15pm-6:15pm Bike Murrarie Crit Track or Windtrainer at Clem Jones Centre
Thursday 4:15pm-6:15pm Swim Strength/Swim
Friday Rest Day
Saturday 6:00am-9:00am Bike / Run Ride to Mansfield then Minnippi Parkrun, OR
Minnippi Parkrun then ride from Minnippi Parklands
Sunday Rest Day
