Adult Triathlon Training
The table below is the typical weekly training schedule for our Adult Triathlon Squad.

|Tuesday||5:30am-6:45am||Bike + Run||Brick session - on road or wind trainers|
|Wednesday||5:30am-6:45am||Gym||Activation and strength-training exercises|
|Saturday||5:30am-8:30am||Bike + Run||Brick session|
|Sunday||Optional||Bike / Run||Long ride or run. Non-coached session.|

Monthly Training Schedule for Junior Triathletes
The monthly training schedule for our Junior Triathlon Squad will be made available here prior to the beginning of each new training month.
Note: Please make sure your child brings along the necessary equipment and gear to their training session.
