Training Schedule

The table below presents the typical weekly training schedule for our Adult Triathlon Squad.

Monday 5:30am-6:45am Swim Stroke correction, drills, strength and endurance
Tuesday 5:30am-6:45am Bike + Run Brick session - on road or wind trainers
Wednesday 5:30am-6:45am Gym Activation and strength-training exercises
Thursday 5:30am-6:45am Run Intervals, hills
Friday 5:30am-6:45am Swim Speed work
Saturday 5:30am-8:30am Bike + Run Brick session
Sunday Optional Bike / Run Long ride or run. Non-coached session.
 

Training Fees

We appreciate that sometimes you need flexibility in training. That's why we offer a variety of training plan options which are designed to fit the different lifestyles of our Adult club members. All fees are payable to reception at the Clem Jones Centre.

Membership

To join the Adult Triathlon Squad, you will need to complete an online application together with payment to Triathlon Queensland of the club fee:

  1. Carina Leagues Triathlon Club Membership
  2. Join as a member of the Carina Leagues Club
  3. Complete a Voluntary Child Safety Blue Card Application Form (if due for renewal) and return to secretary.cltc@yahoo.com

Club membership and Triathlon Queensland membership are paid through the Triathlon Queensland website.
